Created in GIMP and Blender's "Compositing" node graph.

1. Cut out and frame the subject

2. Create a stylistic shading effect by blending a halftoned version of the image with a thresholded and blurred one

3. Blend in some of the original image to bring out some blues

4. Add the text overlay and paper effect, then do final brightness / contrast adjustments
